Returns

  • All original tags, packaging, and dust bags must be intact and included with the return.

  • The item must be returned from the country in which it was originally shipped.

How to Return an Item

Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

Ship Your Return: Carefully package your item(s) in the original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included. We will cover the cost of return shipping, and our team will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our policy requirements, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like to receive. Alternatively, feel free to contact us via email, and we'll be happy to assist you with placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@shophaleyj.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and cover any return shipping costs. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with the return shipment.
